The GFR series machines are applicable to the packaging production of milk, lactobacillus beverage, milk beverage, fruit juice, etc. The whole process from vacuum negative pressure filling, cap-forming, capping, high-frequency sealing and product transportation is completed full-automatically. These machines are equipped with world famous top brands systems of  PLC,  touch panel, driver, temperature control, photoelectric control, pneumatic control,  automatic lubricating etc. This series machines,  which have the optional systems of 100-class laminar flow protection, high-temperature filling etc., are capable of connecting with unscrambler, bottle rinser, tunnel type sterilizer, label sleeve shrinker, capper, secondary-packaging equipment to compose full-automatic high-speed production line.

·Separate  design of  the cap forming system fully guarantees the cleanness of the filling and sealing area. The cap forming system is equipped with no cap alarm function and cap anti-block device. The forming  system for cap with special shape can be customized at customer's request.

·Rotary high frequency induction sealing system is reliable in performing good sealing quality, high tability and low power consumption.

·Vacuum negative pressure filling with high speed, high accuracy and non dropping.

·With grease supplied from the central grease tank,the central lubrication system greases every lubricating point periodically to reduce manual maintenance work and extend the service life of the machine.

·Over-and-under type filling station and sealing station together with the plastic bottle quick change unit can realize the quick conversion for products with different volume and different bottle shape within 30 minutes.

·The CIP device which is in accordance with hygienic standard connects with the CIP centre to realize the full automatic CIP cleaning and guarantee the completely cleaning to the pipes and valves etc. which contact the materia.

·The main working area of the machine is fully closed and protected by the positive pressure  of 100 class cleaned air to enhance the hygienic standard of the product and prolong the shelf life adequately.
